I just had a new AC and furnace put in. I couldn’t recommend this company more. The guys that came out. Gavin Jimmy and Hunter were very professional friendly explained everything that they were doing. They were absolutely wonderful thank you guys for everything.

We have chose Superior for several years for maintenance or any needed repairs and never been disappointed. Putting in a new system was no different and we were extremely pleased. The technicians were pleasant, courteous and helpful answering any questions we may have had. The staff have always been great for making appointments or handling details. We also like the fact that we are supporting a local business in our community. Great work and definitely 5 star.

Dave is a very sweet and professional young man. He did his job timely when he was done. He broke down everything that was done showed me the parts the repair cost he went above and beyond what I have ever experienced before. I highly recommend this company to anybody who has Heating And Cooling problems five stars are well deserved Thank you

My A/C system finally gave up after nearly 20 years. My initial contact with Superior Comfort was with a young service tech named Maciah. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He pointed out all of my issues and provided an estimate just to get me by, but we both agreed that it really made no sense. He set me up with an appointment for a replacement estimate that occurred in less than a week. Sales manager Bryan Henry came out on a Wednesday for a quote. He was very polite and professional as well. The following Monday morning, Tyler and John showed up bright and early, and worked for nearly 2 full days to get me hooked up with a complete new system. These 2 fellas were top notch dudes. Polite, professional, personable and very respectful of my home. I would highly recommend this family owned business for your HVAC needs. Thank you very much.

Superior Comfort Heating and Cooling gets an A+ in every regard. First, the gentleman who gave the estimate was professional and knowledgeable without being pushy. Then, the workmanship of the installation team was magnificent. Again, they were professional, polite, and careful. The men took their time to make the furnace fit and work well in the space. Some pieces were custom made in their shop so we would get a safe, efficient furnace. Finally, Superior Comfort does things correctly and in a contemporary and thoughtful way. They were also less expensive than the other company from which we got an estimate. On the day the installers were due to arrive, I was sent an email with a photo of the men I was to expect. I was informed of the time of their arrival. They did indeed arrive within minutes of when they said they would. After the installation, my husband and I had questions about the humidifier. A technician came to our home to better educate us on how to operate the digital thermostat and what we could expect from the device. There was no charge for this visit. We also had a hot water heater and air conditioner installed by Superior Comfort. We haven't used the air conditioner yet because our installation was near the end of October. But, from our interaction with the Superior Comfort Crew, I have no doubts that they will be available to continue to serve us well. My husband and I are older folks. So, we have experienced a wide variety of workmanship and dealings with service people at our home. We can't think of many, if any, who can exceed the service that Superior Comfort provides. We are so happy we went with them. Their business approach is exemplary. The owner could give lessons to others who run a business. His staff speaks highly of him for the work environment and quality of the goods. If the future yields problems with our equipment, I'll come back and change my review. I doubt that will be necessary. A+ and a HUGE thank you is being sent to Superior Comfort.
